Dakhshan Copper Processing Company Named Exemplary Operator of Kerman Province

Dakhshan Copper Processing Company, located in Takht Gonbad, Sirjan, was recognized and honored once again during the recent years, coinciding with the celebration of Industry and Mining Day in 1404, as an exemplary operator.

In previous years, Dakhshan Copper Processing Company, Takht Gonbad, has also been recognized multiple times as an exemplary unit in the fields of mining, operation, and exploration at both national and provincial levels.

To date, the company has been acknowledged as the exemplary industrial operator of Kerman Province in 1403, the exemplary explorer of Kerman Province in 1402, the national exemplary operator in 1401 and 1395, and the exemplary industrial unit in 1395. Participation in the flagship mining and environmental project (Green Mining), earning the international Green Responsibility badge in 2023-2024, obtaining the first-degree provincial badge of Resilient Economy, the national support badge, and membership in the International Social Security Association in 1401 are among its accolades.

Precisely fulfilling all tasks and responsibilities set by the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, complete adherence to environmental components, using modern technologies including scientific standards for drones, observing safety and technical principles in extraction, using new and modern machinery, utilizing planning and operations control systems (dispatching), and optimal extraction and precise waste dump management in the most suitable locations with environmental compliance are among the main reasons for selecting this company as the exemplary operator.

In this regard, during a ceremony held on Thursday, 8th of Aban, 1404, in honor of Industry and Mining Day in Kerman, a certificate of appreciation and the exemplary operator trophy were awarded to Engineer Afshin Shaithi Bebehani, CEO of Dakhshan Copper Processing Company, Takht Gonbad, Sirjan, signed by the governor of Kerman and the president of the Chamber of Industry and Mines of the province.

A part of the text on this trophy states: "In the current state of the country, those who have high aspirations, profound insight, and firm determination to raise the flag of national production and keep hope alive in the heart of this country's industry and trade deserve recognition. Undoubtedly, moving in the direction of investment for production requires the commitment of the private sector and the facilitation and resolution of business issues by the public sector to improve the investment environment and create a suitable business climate in the province, so we can witness the active presence of genuine producers and entrepreneurs."
